You’re Not Broken. You’ve Just Been Wired to Believe You Are.
I’m Rachel, the voice behind Reality Observed, and I created this space because I needed it too.
For my whole life, I chased healing. I was on every self-help path, doing shadow work, nervous system work, energy work — all the work. And yet, I still found myself looping back into the same beliefs. The same fears. The same stuckness.
Until I realized:
I wasn’t broken.
I was just unconsciously loyal to an identity that kept me safe, but also small.
So I got curious. Really curious. About belief loops. About subconscious programming. About nervous system survival states. About how trauma and culture and childhood wire us to live in default. And… what it really takes to break that spell.
This podcast is my way of offering you the breadcrumbs I’ve picked up on that path:
Psychology. Neuroscience. Spirituality. Quantum theory. Identity evolution.
All explored in a grounded, practical, soul-aligned way.
I believe…
- You don’t need to wait until you’re fully healed to start living.
- Healing isn’t a prerequisite to wholeness, remembering is.
- Your beliefs aren’t just thoughts, they’re embodied. And you can rewrite them.
- Spirituality and science aren’t opposites. They’re the same truth in different languages.
- You’re powerful, even if you’ve forgotten. Especially if you’ve forgotten.
I didn’t create this show to go viral. I created it because I needed to say the things no one else was saying — that healing can become a trap, that personal power is more than journaling affirmations, and that changing your reality is not just about hustle or manifestation.
It’s about identity.
It’s about your beliefs.
It’s about unraveling the conditioning — all the stories, expectations, and identities the world placed on you and remembering the truth of who you are beneath all the noise.
It’s about doing the kind of inner work that doesn’t just shift your thoughts, but transforms the way you feel in your body, the way you relate to others, and the way you move through the world.
It’s about doing the internal work that actually unlocks external freedom.
My hope is that something in my words stirs something in you — a remembrance, a resonance, a quiet call back to yourself.
May this space be a place where you reconnect with what’s always lived within you, an opening to your power, your depth, your knowing.
And may you meet your life with clarity, courage, and a sense of awe.
Because the truth is: you were never broken.
You were always becoming.
With love,
Rachel
